Who can use it?
Anyone with an Internet connection, Internet Browsers and a working computer. The SMS platform is easy to use and cost-effective making it accessible to a wide spectrum of businesses.

How do I get a spreadsheet of mobile numbers into my contact list?
Login to your Text Works SMS Platform, click Contacts and then click Import Contacts. From here you can either upload a CSV or copy and paste a list of contacts.

I use the same message repeatedly is there anyway to store it?
Storing messages is easier than ever. Login to your Text Works SMS Platform, click Templates and then click Add new template. Enter the templates name, SMS message and originator (optional) then click Save.
Next time you goto send a message, instead of composing a message select the template in the drop down provided and your message will be autocompleted. -
How long do the broadcasting archives last?
There are currently no plans to remove any archives from any of our systems. Your broadcasts both old and new are available in the SMS Platforms Outbox.

How far in advance can I schedule my broadcasts?
You can schedule your broadcasts for up to 10 years in the future. There are no current plans to reduce this time restriction.

How much does it cost?
Costs vary depending on how many credits you wish to purchase and how often you want to buy credits. Visit our pricing and payments page for more information.

Are there hidden charges?
There are no hidden charges. All of our prices listed are VAT inclusive. There is no rental charge for use of our platform - we only charge for SMS credits.

Why is it so cheap?
We are fanatical about great value service. We believe that your user experience should be enjoyable without overcharging for a good service.

What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept standard credit/debit cards including VISA, MasterCard, Discover, Amex, Maestro and Solo.

How long do payments take to process?
Normally payments take about 30 seconds to fully process. If your credits have not been added to your account balance check your emails for failed payment notifications. If in doubt contact our support team to enquire further.

How long do SMS credits last?
SMS credits do not expire, you can keep hold of them as long as you need to.

Can I get invoices for my payments?
Whenever you make a payment through our SMS Platform an invoice is added to your records. To view the invoice login to our SMS Platform click on Your Account and then Invoices.

Do I get a discount for buying credits in bulk?
Yes! The more credits you buy at once the cheaper each credit gets. Here is the pay as you go pricing plan.

Do you offer on page help?
Every part on our SMS Platform has associated help text in the right hand pane, containing instructions and information about the page in question.
