The data was up to two years old, and many of the clients had not visited the therapist in some time. Out of the 550 numbers contacted, 12 were no longer in use, but 56 customers used the voucher. These 56 customers were drawn back to the therapist, and through repeat marketing by text should remain regular customers. |
